The Evening Includes:
Yin Yoga: Connect more deeply into your body with sustained and supported poses to unwind stored tension.
Breathwork/Pranayama : To relax and settle your nervous system.
Journaling: Explore your thoughts and emotions with reflective journaling exercises, encouraging self-discovery and mindfulness.
Yoga Nidra/’Yogic Sleep’ : A restorative, meditative practice that creates effortless relaxation by guiding you, step by step, deeper into your physical and inner landscape.
Sauna, Hot tub (Optional): Relax and rejuvenate in the outdoor hot tub and indoor Finnish sauna, providing a perfect complement to your self-care experience.
You deserve this time for yourself to de-stress, recharge, and enter the weekend feeling refreshed and balanced.

What to bring: wear comfy clothes, journal, bathing suit, towel, robe and outdoor sandals if you wish to enjoy the sauna/hot tub.
***Please note that if you are allergic to cats or not a fan of cats, we have a beloved feline family member named Milo. He fancies himself to be a bit of a therapy cat and loves to snuggle up to participants at times.
